Types Of Heat Shrink Sleeve We Can Supply Your Project With

  • ETS Thermocoil Heatshrink Sleeving: A specific brand known for its reliability and quality in heat shrink sleeving.

Advantages of LSZH Heat Shrink Over PVC

  • Safety – LSZH Heat Shrink emits minimal smoke and no toxic halogen gases, as compared to PVC.
  • Environmental Impact – LSZH shrinks contains zero halogen which reduces its overall environmental impact.
  • Mechanical Strength – LSZH shrinks offer robust insulation and strain relief which is far better than PVC.
  • Flame Retardancy – LSZH shrinks have superior flame-retardant properties as compared to PVC.
  • Application Versatility –  LSZH is suitable for a broader range of industries and settings than PVC due to its enhanced safety and performance characteristics

Difference Between Heat Shrink Tube and Sleeve

  • Heat Shrink Tube: Typically a continuous length of tubing that can be cut to size, used to insulate wires, providing abrasion resistance and environmental protection.
  • Heat Shrink Sleeve: Often pre-cut or designed for specific applications like cable joints or terminations, focusing on insulation and phase identification.

Where These Heatshrink Sleeving Can Be Used

  • Electrical Installations: For insulating and protecting cable joints and terminations.
  • Phase Identification: In power distribution to differentiate between phases.
  • Safety Enhancements: In environments where fire risk is a concern.
  • Industrial Applications: Where durable cable protection is required.
  • Public Infrastructure: In areas where low smoke and non-toxic materials are mandated.

Verified Material Properties

The flame-retardant, self-extinguishing heat shrink polyolefin sleeving boasts key properties crucial for safety and performance. Composed of polyolefin, it provides robust insulation and chemical resistance. It also resists combustion and has self-extinguishing properties too.

Moreover, its low smoke emission and halogen-free composition further add to our collective responsibility of environmental protection and public health safety.
